When she found out her boyfriend worked out at the same place the Breeze's head coach did, she went in for an evaluation and was brought on the team.

Daughter of Redskins two-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl XXVI MVP Mark Rypien, Angela has tried just about every sport you can imagine, including dance, fishing, and dancing. Her other passion is style, something she also proved she has a knack for when she graduated from the Paul Mitchel School in Cali in 2008.

She's also worked as a senior account executive for a document solutions company and held a spokesperson position for a health food company. If she's doing all of that on top of playing football, we'd be glad to have a meal cooked when she came home if it meant having her on our arm.

We'd first like to take a minute to thank a different Deavers girl. Christina came home one day, and her sister showed her a commercial for the upcoming Lingerie Football League, prompting her to try out and eventually make the team. At 5'2", Deavers has adopted the nickname "Mighty Mouse" for her tremendous drive and fight. In the future she'd like to be a backup dancer for a touring singer. As long as she stays in the performance arena, we're okay with it.
