Now that LeBron James is predicted to become a free agent and conceivably move on from the Cleveland Cavaliers, players from other teams have already started trying to recruit him. They began persuading LeBron online, less than 30 minutes after the Golden State Warriors’ blowout win in the NBA Finals.

First Joel Embiid attempted to coax LeBron to sign up with Philly, tweeting, “Trust The Process!!!! Find a new slant @KingJames.”

James can either opt into his contract’s final year, or go on the open market as a free agent. Obviously, whatever he chooses to do will impact multiple teams as well as the championship next year. But it seems like LeBron doesn’t know what he wants yet.

“I have no idea at this point,” James said during a press conference, about whether or not he thinks he played his last game for the Cavs. “The one thing that I’ve always done is consider, obviously, my family, understanding especially where my boys are at this point in their age. They were a lot younger the last time I made a decision like this four years ago. I've got a teenage boy, a preteen and a little girl that wasn't around as well. So sitting down and considering everything, my family is a huge part of whatever I'll decide to do in my career, and it will continue to be that. So I don't have an answer for you right now as far as that.”

LeBron did share a couple things that gave us a brief look into his current thought process. First, he referred to his concerns as a basketball player, and second, on whether or not this is the most difficult choice he’ll have to make about his career.
