A bad season just got even worse for Michael Vick. A day after a demoralizing loss to the Arizona Cardinals sent his Eagles reeling to a 3-6 record, Philly coach Andy Reid just announced that Vick has two broken ribs.
"Michael Vick has broken ribs," Reid said this morning. "Yeah, he broke his ribs, the lower two ribs. We'll see in the next couple of days how things go."
Those broken ribs could keep MV7 out of the team's big Sunday night showdown against the New York Giants next weekend.
"We'll see," Reid said. "I'll see in the next little bit. He's a tough nut."
Pause, Andy. And get well soon, MV. Fantasy football players everywhere are wishing for the best.
