There are a lot of people who would like to see Floyd Mayweather apologize for, well, a lot of things. From his various domestic violence-related incidents to his over-the-top lifestyle that often rubs fans the wrong way, Mayweather has done many things to piss people off in recent years.
But last night, Mayweather took to his Instagram account and issued an apology that felt sort of strange. For whatever reason, he felt the need to apologize for the recent "childish" behavior of some of his friends and associates. He didn't mention anyone by name or allude to specific actions, but his apology was quite lengthy:
Problem is, it doesn't seem like people are 100 percent sure who or what he was apologizing for. Some have speculated that his IG post was in reference to two of his female "friends" who got into it on social media earlier this week, while others have guessed that it could be about Adrien Broner and the lawsuit that was just filed against him. Whatever the case, Mayweather is sorry…even if we don't know exactly what he's sorry for.
