Former Florida State football coach Bobby Bowden has two words for Jameis Winston: "Grow up."

Bowden did an interview with ESPN recently and was asked his thoughts on Winston, the quarterback for his former team who might be in a lot of trouble soon if Florida State finds that he accepted money in exchange for autograph sessions. And Bowden didn't pull any punches while discussing the reigning Heisman Trophy winner.

"Jameis has got to grow up," he said. "He does things that kids in grammar school would do or kids in junior high would do, you know it? I think once he draws the line and says, 'I'm not going to step below this another time,' I think he can do that. But if he don't, he's going to make it mighty tough on himself."

For what it's worth, Florida State did just release a statement a short time ago claiming that they haven't found any evidence suggesting that Winston accepted money for his autographs:

But with every new scandal that pops up, there are more and more critics that seem to call out Winston. So he might want to go ahead and take the advice that he was just given by a Florida State legend.
