A lot of people probably guessed the idea of winning $1 billion was too good to be true. This is still $1 billion, so of course, fans gave the Quicken Loans Billion Dollar Challenge with Yahoo Sports a shot. And, of course, no one is actually winning.
As great as watching Duke lose was, it messed up a lot of brackets. George Washington's loss to Memphis on Friday effectively killed off all hopes of a winner, according to Ken Fuchs, VP/Group Lead Yahoo Sports, Yahoo Finance and Product Partnerships:
Would've been a bit more "exciting" if someone was actually $1 billion richer. Oh, well...
