The Sixers narrowly missed having the longest NBA losing streak of all time at 26, finished with the 19-63 record, and had with the NBA's worst defense. In other words, SUCCESS!
"I think the season has been a huge success for us,"#Sixers owner Josh Harris
Let's share in his optimism for a little bit:
- Possible Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams didn't suffer a crippling injury or get caught in a Raymond Felton-like situation. He'll return and hopefully improve.
- The Sixers didn't lose 27 straight games. So there's that.
- They don't suck as bad as the 15-67 Milwaukee Bucks.
- Center Nerlens Noel will play next season after recovering from knee surgery.
- They're in the Draft Lottery. So take that, playoff teams!
