Philadelphia had almost a historically bad season, but owner Josh Harris is actually OK with it.

The Sixers narrowly missed having the longest NBA losing streak of all time at 26, finished with the 19-63 record, and had with the NBA's worst defense. In other words, SUCCESS!

"I think the season has been a huge success for us,"#Sixers owner Josh Harris

Let's share in his optimism for a little bit:

  • Possible Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams didn't suffer a crippling injury or get caught in a Raymond Felton-like situation. He'll return and hopefully improve.
  • The Sixers didn't lose 27 straight games. So there's that.
  • They don't suck as bad as the 15-67 Milwaukee Bucks.
  • Center Nerlens Noel will play next season after recovering from knee surgery.
  • They're in the Draft Lottery. So take that, playoff teams!
