The "Knicks are so bad" jokes are getting tired at that point. They're not making the playoffs and are en route to their worst season in franchise history. We get it. Still, it's noteworthy when somebody breaks a record on them—especially when it's someone from the Sixers, who hardly get much shine.
The shine again goes to center Nerlens Noel. ESPN Stats & Info noted that the rookie made history in the battle of the conference cellar dwellers:
