Naomi is glowing—and this time, it’s not from the ring lights.

According to Wrestle Zone (via Yahoo! Entertainment), the WWE superstar, whose real name is Trinity Fatu, just shared her baby bump with fans for the first time, marking a major milestone in her first pregnancy with husband and fellow wrestler Jimmy Uso.

The post, uploaded to Instagram, showed Naomi cradling her growing belly with the caption, “We (as in y’all too 😂) are #5months 🤭🤗 #babyfatu @jonathanfatu #preggo #2ndtrimester.” She followed it up with a separate post joking, “I got a booty dew 😂🤭❤️.”

The former Women’s World Champion has been off television since August, when she announced her pregnancy during an episode of Monday Night Raw. “I’m pregnant and I’m having a baby,” she told fans in a heartfelt segment that also featured Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story.

Her husband, Jimmy Uso, added his own flair at the time, reminding everyone to “proceed with caution because there is a baby on board.”

Naomi relinquished her title that night—a decision that closed out one of the most dominant stretches of her career.

Earlier in the year, she had returned to WWE after a two-year hiatus, adopted her “Proceed With Caution” persona, and went on a hot streak that included winning Money in the Bank and cashing in to defeat IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley at Evolution. It was her third world championship in WWE and fourth overall.

Even while stepping away, Naomi’s impact remains strong. Known for her electric “Feel the Glow” energy and high-octane performances, she’s maintained a loyal fan base that continues to support her through this new chapter.

Messages of love have flooded her comments from both fans and fellow wrestlers, with many celebrating what they call her “most important title yet.”

While there’s no official timeline for her return, Naomi made one thing clear before leaving the ring: she’s not done. “I’m gonna leave my title here,” she said, placing the belt down during her farewell. “I’m coming back to pick up where I left off… proceed with caution.”
