The 10 Most Ridiculous Sports Tweets of the Week
A lot happened this week. The Thunder are in the Finals, LeBron put on a performance for the ages and we learned the NFL gives out iPads for playbooks. That's right, Denver Broncos LB DJ Williams tweeted some plays from his playbook yesterday in what might've been the most bone-headed tweet of all-time. Miami Heat owner Micky Arison and Uncle Luke had some conspiracy theories as to why Miami lost Game 5 and refused to run back on defense. Skip Bayless remains on a mission to shit on Russel Westbrook at every turn and Chris Kaman builds guns instead of watching the playoffs. Check out the rest of The 10 Most Ridiculous Sports Tweets of the Week.
Paul Pierce
(@paulpierce34), 6/5/12
Complex Says: The Truth had this to say after Jay Pharaoh was impersonating him on ESPN First Take. Jay was kinda spot on, though.
Skip Bayless
(@RealSkipBayless), 6/5/12
Complex Says: Skip can never let anyone live. This was after the Thunder won Game 5 and before they went on to win Game 6. OKC might pull it off and Skip will just have LeBron to hate on.
Ben Stiller
(@RedHourBen), 6/4/12
Complex Says: Everything makes total sense now. Rondo might have to drop 30, 30, and 30 tonight. The Heat aren't losing this one.
Luke
(@unclelukereal1), 6/3/12
Complex Says: This was after Uncle Luke went off on a rant about officials. We agree, but is he talking about this Miami Heat team?
Bill Simmons
(@sportsguy33), 6/3/12
Complex Says: KG and them boys are gonna have to get medieval on some asses tonight.
Micky Arison
(@MickyArison), 6/2/12
Complex Says: That cracked parquet didn't stop LeBron from dropping Wilt numbers. Heat vs. Thunder is going to be one for the books.
Chris Kaman
(@ChrisKaman), 6/5/12
Complex Says: While you were waiting for Game 5 of the Celtics-Heat series Chris Kaman was pimping his AR15. He so fucking scary, man.
DJ Williams
(@DjWilliam55), 6/8/12
Complex Says: He posted this with a caption saying: “Coach just told me I have to learn a new position over the weekn,, we have IPads as playbooks now, but I’m old skool I’m using flash cards.” SMH. Teams are going to memorize those plays. We'd expect this from a rookie, not an 8-year vet.
