This is what he is afraid to face every snap. The fear of getting beat in man to man coverage. Every snap every play. The fact that he doesn’t travel as a cornerback is lame. Except the challenge as the best and shut Adams down the entire game. Do it for your teammates, do it for the game of football. Stop hiding in a cover 3 zone. It’s lonely out there on the island..... yep and the guy just got an int to end the game. I’m all for db’s making plays cause that’s what we do. I’m just stating my case saying he is not a man to man cover corner. HE’S A ZONE CORNER and that’s the facts of it if you y’all know the game of football!!! 😂 #pettyaf #revisisland

“Every snap every play,” Revis wrote. “The fact that he doesn’t travel as a cornerback is lame. [Accept] the challenge as the best and shut [Davante] Adams down the entire game. Do it for the game of football. Stop hiding [in] a cover 3 zone.” That wasn't all. “All y’all think I’m throwing shade,” Revis added. “I’m not. Just stating the man is not a pound for pound man to man corner. If you know the game of football he plays in a Cover 3 Scheme. He does not travel but traveling with a receiver is not for every DB. It’s a few on the corner list who can.”

Sherman was not having it.

Sherman has a point. The man is coming back from major rehab, had a huge interception during Sunday's game, and is on his way to his second Super Bowl. If you need further proof of how much Sunday's win meant to Sherman, look no further than the video below.
