A few years ago, Kevin Durant discovered the Positive Tomorrows in Oklahoma City, an elementary school which helps serve homeless children. Since then, he has sent donations on three separate occasions. On Wednesday, Durant stopped by in person to deliver his latest contribution: a check worth $35,000. This money will go towards "stocking food and building a kitchen at the school," according to NewsOK.
During his visit, Durant dropped into each of the classrooms and literally made one kid collapse from the surprise.
Seeing that one kid's reaction should let Durant know that the time and money spent towards this initiative was well worth it.
