Was the 2015 MLB Home Run Derby lit or was it lit? Even with concerns about a potential downpour on the horizon, we were still able to get the show on the road. But first, let's take an obligatory look at Chris Berman's hair!
Thanks to a new bracket and a timed format, the Derby had some amazing moments, especially at the end as Todd Frazier chased down Joc Pederson of the Dodgers, who held a nine-homer lead when the Reds third baseman called a timeout with 2:35 remaining. With the hometownGreat American Ball Park fans cheering him on, Frazier was able to tie it up with less than 10 seconds left.
Since he hit at least two homers over 425 feet, Frazier was given an additional 30 seconds. Then, on the very first pitch from his brother...
Game. Frazier wins!
