The Cavaliers spent a fortune re-signing players on the first day of NBA free agency yesterday. From Kevin Love to Tristan Thompson to Iman Shumpert, Cleveland really went all out and committed a lot of money to keeping guys on their roster for the foreseeable future. So surely, they're not going to have the funds available to sign someone like Dwyane Wade, right? Er, RIGHT?
Probably not. But late last night, LeBron James and D-Wade were spotted hanging out in the Bahamas with their spouses. Twitter user @SierraKirsch310 snapped a bunch of shots of the two and caused a massive freakout to take place in Miami:
So is this the latest sign that Wade is thinking about teaming up with LeBron in Cleveland? Or is it a sign that Wade is going to do everything in his power to get Miami to give him the massive deal that he reportedly wants? Either way, you probably shouldn't look too deep into this. After all, LeBron and Wade are good friends, guys, remember?
