The Cleveland Cavaliers' worst fears for Kevin Love are now halfway met. According to Cavs GM David Griffin, Love will likely be out for the rest of the postseason after dislocating his shoulder and suffering a labrum tear at the arms of Celtics forward Kelly Olynyk. The Cavs swept the Celtics to advance to the East's semifinals, but it's come at a grave cost.
David Griffin says its "highly unlikely" that Kevin Love returns at any point during the playoffs.

Source: Kevin Love's labrum tore away from the bone, and will need 4-6 weeks, minimum, to heal. If it doesn't, surgery a possibility.

Here's the other half to the Cavs fears: Love's an impending free agent who'll be tempted by max contract offers from the Lakers and Celtics this offseason. This injury couldn't come at a worse time. Championship or not, the Cavs face a very uncertain future with Love.
