You know how some boxers will refuse to have sex in the weeks leading up to a big fight because they feel as though it'll affect their performance once they step into the ring? Yeah, Mike Tyson didn't buy into that theory.
Last night, Iron Mike made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live and, during the course of his interview with Jimmy Kimmel, he was asked about the 25th anniversary of his epic fight with Buster Douglas. Tyson laughed off the loss that he suffered at the hands of Douglas. But when Kimmel pushed him to explain the approach that he took to the fight, Tyson admitted that he could have been a lot more focused. For example, he probably wouldn't have had sex with all of the hotel maids that he slept with in the days before the fight.
"I had to hit all the maids," Tyson said, before explaining what "hit" meant to Kimmel.
This isn't necessarily a new story. Tyson wrote about it in his book, Undisputed Truth. But Kimmel helped Tyson tell it in a new way. Watch the two talk about it in the full clip below.
