High School Track Meet Turns Into Five-Person Pileup After Crazy Collision at Finish Line

According to the announcers, the poor girl got "whamsauced."

Get that girl some ice. Four days ago, at the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet, there was a small incident at the finish line of the boy's 400 meter championship. As you can see in the video above, the event organizer got rocked by the leading sprinter. After mishandling the finish line banner (you had one job!), sprinter Taylor McLauglin slammed right into her. Four runners reached the end of the race, and five people ended up on the deck. Ouch. McLauglin, who ran a meet record of 46.50, was later disqualified for a lane violation. According to the spectator who took the above video, everyone was "okay" after getting up and dusting themselves off.
