The Cavaliers' bad start to the 2014-15 NBA season just got a little bit worse. A short time ago, Cleveland revealed that LeBron James—who has missed the team's last two games because of a sore knee—is going to miss the next two weeks of action with knee and back issues:

It's good that the Cavs are getting out of ahead of this and giving LeBron some time to rest as opposed to letting him try to play through whatever pain he's feeling. But this obviously isn't good news for the Cavs and they're going to need some other guys to step up in LeBron's absence.
