They don't say never take a play off because of how it just sounds like a good mantra. That's a serious mindset to have if you're not trying to get embarrassed.
Needless to say, that includes special teams. Vanderbilt made the mistake of sleeping on UMass. If we're trying to be fair, UMass does have a recent history of being a bad football team. The squad won just two games in the past two seasons. That's not a factor when they're burning you this hard on a fake punt. Actually, it looks worse that a team with that sort of history got you like this.
