We love Spyker. It's a brand that produces stylish cars that look like nothing else on the market, and that's a very good thing. The design of the interiors is nothing short of spectacular.

Unfortunately, it seems that the company has had a hard time raising money to pay for the development of the new B6 Venator sports car. The tax man in the Netherlands (Spyker's home) have ordered the company to liquidate some assets to pay debts.

The company will be auctioning a 2007 Spyker-Ferrari F8-VIII Grand Prix car, a C8 Sports Racer, a few new C8 Ailerons, the D12 Peking-to-Paris SUV concept, and 85 Audi V8 powertrains. The company says that there's no connections between the auctions and a potential bankruptcy.
