Later this summer, Chuck Knoblauch was scheduled to be inducted into the Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame. On August 23, he was set to be honored at Target Field as part of the team's 2014 induction ceremony. But because of an incident that took place last night, the Twins have canceled Knoblauch's HOF induction—and created some distance between themselves and their former second baseman.

Late Wednesday night, Knoblauch was arrested in Houston after he allegedly assaulted his ex-wife Stacey Stelmach. It's not the first time Knoblauch has gotten into trouble because of a domestic dispute, either. He was also convicted of hitting Stelmach in 2010 as well, back when the two were married.

Knoblauch was booked last night after being arrested and then released on $10,000 bail. He also managed to take one of the worst mugshots we've ever seen in the process. We'll be sure to keep you updated with more details about the case as they become available.
