Take a trip down memory lane as we share a crazy moment at the podium, an amazing posterization, an absolute on-court fail or a memorable shooting performance from the postseason of the National Basketball Association in This Day in NBA Playoffs History.

If there was ever a really, really bad time to have a migraine, it's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Just ask everyone on the 1990 Chicago Bulls roster, except for Scottie Pippen. With the Bulls desperately in need of Pip's Robin to Michael Jordan's Batman in their win-or-go-home contest against the Detroit Pistons, Scottie came down with a migraine which made him a shell of his usual self. How bad was it? Even though he managed to play 42 minutes, Pippen went 1/10 from the field and scored only two points in a 93-74 drubbing by the Pistons.
