The Big Aristotle might be in big trouble.

According to a police report that was just unearthed in Atlanta, Shaquille O'Neal is currently under investigation for allegedly assaulting one of his co-workers at Turner Studios last May during the 2013 NBA Playoffs. The police report says that Robert Williams, a Turner Studios employee, contacted police last July and told them that Shaq ran up behind him one day and "hit me with a tackle punch to the back knocking me down and falling on top of me injuring my neck and back." Williams also told police that he spoke with his bosses at Turner the day after the incident took place and told them that Shaq had assaulted him.

No charges have been filed against Shaq as of yet as police are still investigating the incident. But one of Shaq's lawyers sent a statement to an ABC affiliate in Atlanta recently and said that Shaq did not assault Williams. Rather, he claims that the incident in question "was nothing more than horseplay. No one intended for anyone to get injured." But Williams' lawyer has already responded to that statement, saying that the incident was not horseplay and revealing that Williams is currently recovering from some kind of surgery that he had to have done as a result of the attack.

As we mentioned, Shaq hasn't been hit with any criminal charges yet. But it sounds like he could be in some trouble if police find that Williams was injured badly enough during the alleged "horseplay." Stay tuned.
