Craig Sager's hair is an infinite source of good luck in basketball. That could be a complete lie. Or it could be true. Who knows? It's not like that many people have tried it. Baylor, who dominated Creighton 85-55, will demonstrate if there's any truth to it after the team messed with his hair as it advanced to the Sweet 16. Perhaps the next team that gets up close and personal with Sager could tell fans what it's like to feel one of his awesome (or god-awful) ties.
