Sochi's major problems for these Olympic games include piss-colored bathroom water and the oddly warm temperature. Perhaps a bigger area of concern is the security situation, and it sounds Russian security expert Mark Galeotti is treating it as semi-nonchalantly as Ralph's elders with the possibility of him shooting his eye out.

Russian television networks are treating the situation seriously, so they decided to turn to one security expert who isn't as concerned about the Sochi Olympics' publicity as its event-holders. That would be renowned martial artist, action movie star, and former USS Missouri cook Steven Seagal:

This really happened "Steven (Segal) you are an expert on security, what do you think of Sochi's plans? #realnewshere pic.twitter.com/1WgMReDdeW

Well, Seagal is a 7th-dan black belt in Aikido and the security guards do look like they're having a good time looking like they're taking Instagram pictures. Maybe direct-to-dvd king is an expert, but only in a comparative sense.
