Karl Blackmore has a massive pair of nuts, plain and simple.
According to local reports, Blackmore, who is from New Zealand, recently decided to test the capabilities of his new mobility scooter by taking it on the highway - in the dark.
Local police were called to the highway when passing motorists spotted Blackmore - sporting a construction helmet - humming along at a cool 12 mph. While police warned him that driving a scooter on the highway was extremely dangerous, they also said that his actions were not illegal.
Blackmore, 43, told reporters that he just wanted to see how his new whip would function in more extreme conditions. Respect.
