Steelers Offensive Tackle Mike Adams Is Recovering After Being Stabbed in Robbery Attempt

The estimated recovery time is six weeks.

Steelers offensive tackle Mike Adams was stabbed during a robbery attempt this morning at Pittsburgh's South Side. The robbers were attempting to steal Adams' truck.

Fortunately, he's expected to make a full recovery, but will miss six weeks of action.

Adams was a second round draftee out of Ohio State in 2012.
