A sports entertainer's entrance is their calling card. It is the real life version of Batman's bat signal. You do not have to be a great wrestler to have a great entrance...but it damn sure helps. As WrestleMania 29 continues to draw near, we take a look at some of the most important entrances in the history of the industry. A combination of anticipation, crowd reaction, production and overall cool factor is what separates the good from the great trots to the squared circle.

Counting down to the final 25, athletes such as The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, CM Punk, and more round out some of the greatest entrances in the history of pro wrestling. Wrestlemania 29 will take place this Sunday at 7 p.m. at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. If there is a sure bet in wrestling, it is that a new entrance will be added to this list by the time the "Showcase of the Immortals" wraps up. Check out Part 2 of the Greatest Entrances In The History Of Pro Wrestling after the jump.
