The injury bug just bit him.

Carmelo Anthony is hurting right now—and it could affect his ability to play in the 2013 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday. During last night's Knicks/Raptors game, 'Melo sustained a deep bruise to his right arm after catching an elbow to it and experienced some numbness. So, he revealed that he is "not going to force it" on Sunday night when the All-Star Game tips off in Houston.

"As bad as I could want to play in the All-Star Game," he said, "if I can't go, I can't go. Nothing I can do about that."

He's got a few days to heal, so hopefully he'll be able to play. But, if he isn't, don't worry. There's this guy named LeBron James who is having a pretty good season this year. And, we think he'll be able to pick up the slack if 'Melo can't go. Just a hunch!
