A$AP Rocky might not be talkin' 'bout no money or talkin' 'bout no cars in his songs, but in this BBC interview with Benji B, that's exactly what he did, explaining his thought process behind selecting the car he chose in his "Goldie" video. Rocky is seen driving in a 1969 Jaguar, a somewhat odd choice from a rapper these days. At the four-minute mark, he tells Benji exactly why he wanted the classic whip.

"I wanted something old school, because I wanted to floss, but I didn't want to do it in a matter where I was like your typical rapper," he said. "I could have got a Lamborghini, I could have got a Ferrari, you know, but I said, 'F it.'"

Other hip-hoppers should take note.
