NFL Quick 'Caps: Week 15 Late Scores

It was not a good day for New York football.

None

New England Patriots 41, Denver Broncos 23
The much-hyped match-up between Tim Tebow and Tom Brady didn't quite live up to expectations. After Denver took control early on and established a 17-6 lead, the Patriots came back and scored 27 unanswered points. While some people may point to the idea that Brady outmatched Tebow, something should be said for the 13 points scored by the Pats off of three costly Denver turnovers.

Detroit Lions 28, Oakland Raiders 27
In a game where offense was at a premium, it was Ndamukong Suh and his blocked field goal attempt that seal the victory for Lions. After going down by 13 with less than 8 minutes remaining in the game, Matt Stafford  engineered a comeback win that included a touchdown pass to Calvin Johnson, who had 9 receptions for 214 yards and 2 TDs on the day.

Arizona Cardinals 20, Cleveland Browns 17 (OT)
After getting their third overtime victory in seven games, the Cardinals find themselves still in the hunt for a playoff spot. With a clutch punt return in overtime from rookie Patrick Peterson, followed by a long pass from John Skelton to Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona took home the come-from-behind victory, which seemed to be the theme of the late games in the NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles 45, New York Jets 19
The Eagles picked the perfect time to start playing like everyone expected them to perform. With Philadelphia out of the playoff hunt, everything on the offensive and defensive end seemed to click. From LeSean McCoy's 3 touchdowns to Brent Celek and his 156 receiving yard performance, the pride-filled Jets defense could do nothing to stop the "Dream Team" from having their way in front of the home crowd.
