Here in the states we mostly just have to worry about mechanical issues when buying used cars. In Japan people now have to worry about radioactive cars. Unscrupulous Japanese dealers have been re-registering cars that were irradiated during the Fukushima Daiichi meltdown and selling them to unsuspecting car shoppers who have probably sprouted third eyes or something now.
