It's nothing to make a car go fast, but it's a completely different beast to make a car handle well. Buick, surprisingly, found a desirable balance between luxury comfort and sporty handling. Somehow the Regal felt as comfortable as the higher-priced LaCrosse, but way more capable through the turns. It can dip and dodge. Up front, you get MacPherson struts and in the back a fully independent suspension. Then Buick went ahead and added an all-new system to manage the suspension, called Interactive Drive Control, which lets you choose between three settings—Standard, Tour, and Sport—allowing you to dial in exactly how you want the car to behave. We can only imagine how much fun this car will be when the new engine comes later this year.
