Not only does Nike have a partnership with Lego, now its subsidiary Jordan Brand has announced a collaboration with Bandai Namco on a series of miniature Air Jordan 1 kits.
Starting on Wednesday, July 30, preorders for the Air Jordan 1 High '85 miniature collection will go live on Bandai Namco's website. The duo confirms that 18 colorways of Michael Jordan's first signature shoe will be up for grabs, including two yet-to-be-revealed styles. In the product description, it's confirmed that an actual Air Jordan 1 was 3D-scanned to recreate the miniature sculptures, and also included in the packaging are mini versions of the shoebox and tissue paper.
Readers who are interested in buying the Bandai Namco x Air Jordan 1 models will be able to do so starting tomorrow at Bandai.com for $130. The delivery for the models is scheduled to take place sometime in December.
