With the end in sight, this will be the season's last NBA #SoleWatch Power Rankings. Soon, a final Top 10 will be unveiled and an overall champion crowned as attention turns toward the playoffs. But before that, there's a little business to tend to this week.
The Lakers' Wesley Johnson kicks things off this week, after becoming the first player to wear a Nike Elite Series shoe on-court. Nick Young probably would have had the honor himself, but he's been sidelined with a knee injury since February.
Back from a knee injury is Paul George, who cracked the rankings for the first time this season after wearing two Nike Kobe 10 PEs in his return to the Pacers. Also making his first appearance is Cleveland Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith, who seems to really be enjoying playing with LeBron James and wearing his signature sneakers.
