Boston sneaker retailer Concepts teams up with ASICS this summer for the upcoming "Three Lies" Gel-Lyte III.
The first collaboration between Concepts and ASICS, this special edition of the Gel-Lyte III was inspired by the statue of John Harvard at Harvard University, nicknamed "Three Lies" because of the inscription on the statue which reads “John Harvard, Founder, 1638.”-- none of which is entirely accurate. The shoe features a premium suede and leather construction in a colorway and color block inspired by the bronze-colored toe of the statue, which has been polished down over time by students and tourists rubbing his feet for good luck.
The Concepts x ASICS Gel-Lyte III "Three Lies" will be available on August 16th at 10:00 EST in-store at Concepts and 1:00 EST online at Concepts.
