Vault by Vans puts the spotlight on some of the world's endangered species in collaboration with artist Ralph Steadman and WildAid.
For their latest apparel and footwear delivery, Vault by Vans are joined by Ralph Steadman to deliver a collection that looks to raise awareness about animal endangerment and extinction worldwide. With the help of the legendary British illustrator, the iconic Sk8-Hi and Classic Slip-On find new life as they are decorated with the artists splattered, hallucinogenic style.
The collection features illustrations from “Gonzovationists” Ralph Steadman and Ceri Levy’s published collection - Extinct Boids, Nextinction, and Critical Critters - which present the serious nature much of the world's wildlife is facing, in an expressive and accessible way.
Vans has also teamed up with WildAid as part of the collection's launch, with the brand making a commitment to donate $10,000 towards WildAid to provide crucial support to end the illegal wildlife trade, provide marine protection, and reduce environmental impacts worldwide. Furthermore, Vans will feature Ralph Steadman's artwork alongside a donation installation at the New York Vault by Vans Pop-Up store.
