Kanye West Doesn't Want to Sign Your "Red Octobers"

Ye, Ye, take it easy.

Ever since joining adidas in late 2013, Kanye West has fired off a number of shots at Nike. Now, following a string of successful Yeezy Boost releases, it looks like he's taking the high road and leaving his Nike sneakers in the rearview.

At least that's what it looks like in the above clip, which shows 'Ye greeting throngs of fans upon exiting his SoHo apartment yesterday. One fan held up a pair of "Red October" Yeezy 2s in hopes for an autograph, but Kanye didn't even acknowledge the kicks he made famous and instead chose to sign Yeezy Boost 350s.

Kanye's silence clearly speaks volumes, and this could be a sign that he's finally putting the relationship with Nike behind him. Let this be a forewarning to anyone that's hoping to get their Yeezys signed — make sure they're the Boosts, not the Airs.
