While the Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball team gears up for Sweet 16 action against Kansas City in Atlanta, team equipment manager Mark Evans is taking viewers behind closed doors back home at Lexington's Rupp Arena.
Coiski Media's George Keil III paid Evans a visit and got an inside look at the Wildcats' numerous Nike PEs, luxurious film and TV rooms, and even where the team unwinds with a bite to eat after games.
Sneaker highlights include a range of signature models including various LeBrons, the KD 10, Kobe AD, Kyrie 3, and PG 1. Evans also shows off a custom Air Force 1 created in memory of former longtime equipment manager Bill Keightley, who passed away in 2008, and reminisces on obtaining a custom size 20 mold for a then-freshman Karl-Anthony Towns.
