After playing both sides by wearing Anta and Nike sneakers over the last few weeks, Boston Celtics star Gordon Hayward has officially inked a deal with the Chinese sportswear brand.
The announcement came from Hayward himself, who took to his social media accounts to confirm the deal with Anta, which has been in the works since September. Along with announcing the endorsement, Hayward confirmed another detail: he's got his own GH signature sneaker coming during fall of 2019. More details are expected soon on that model, but for now, Hayward shared a look at a PE colorway of Klay Thompson's KT4 Low.
While specifics of Hayward's contract are not immediately available, September's reports pegged the deal at four years and indicated it would encompass both footwear and apparel.
