The dust has settled and the sneaker apocalypse known as the release of the Air Jordan XI Low 'Breds' is officially in the books. With the shoe being one of the most coveted models in the history of Air Jordans, it wasn't surprising that NikeStore was once again overwhelmed with fans and bots all hammering the site in hopes of securing a pair.

As you can imagine, people took to Twitter to share their experiences with today's release and just like any drops of this nature, fans shared a full gamut of emotions. From frustrations, to jabs, to the joys of success, here are some of the more memorable tweets we came across today.

When you have thousands of people gunning for the same shoe, it's pretty difficult to pinpoint or estimate your exact position in line. But be rest assured, many people share this same sentiment.

A recurring theme of the day was the long wait times many sneakerheads experienced when trying to add to cart on NikeStore. I personally tried to cop and as of 4:00pm EST, I was still "waiting my turn." At least some fans were able to laugh through the whole ordeal. After all, they're just shoes.

People actually record their online "campout" sessions? This was a new one to me.

A major release on NikeStore wouldn't be complete without fans taking shots at the Swoosh. Considering it's the same issues over and over again, you'd thing Nike would have found better solutions by now. But reality is what it is and until real changes are made, sneakerheads will continue to be frustrated.

Sounds like an interesting challenge. Let Nike executives experience first-hand what its like to cop from them on a major release day and maybe then they can fully grasp how shitty of a user-experience it is.

Trill.

Could this really be the 'basic' sneakerhead fit for the season? Don't be surprised if it is.

Welp. Iono.

At the end of the day, some fans fortunate enough to get their pairs took to Twitter to share their enjoyment. And unless you're a true hater, all you can do is be happy for them.
