This week of sneaker releases is rather scarce in comparison to most others, but still includes some solid options worth keeping an eye on throughout the week.
The drops kick off on Thursday with the "Stealth Spider-Man" Adidas D.O.N. Issue 1, return of the OG "White/Power Red" Reebok Answer V, a trio of new colorways of the Undercover x Nike Daybreak, and an early retro delivery from Jordan Brand, the long-awaited return of 2004's "Cool Grey" Air Jordan IV.
On Friday, the "Coming to America" Nike Air Zoom Freak 1 inspired by the Greek Freak's favorite movie hits select retailers. Releases conclude on Saturday with the Rhude x Puma collection, which will provide an assortment of silhouettes designed by the rising Los Angeles-based brand to choose from.

Adidas D.O.N. Issue 1 'Stealth Spider-Man'

What You Need to Know: Donovan Mitchell's inaugural signature sneaker, the Adidas D.O.N. Issue 1, launches in another brand new colorway on Thursday. This particular pair is inspired by Stealth Spider-Man. It features a black mesh upper with various Team Solar Green accents throughout providing a pop of color. A dual-branded insole and special packaging mark the official collaboration with Marvel.
Reebok Answer V

What You Need to Know: After being reintroduced with an Eric Emanuel collab at ComplexCon Chicago, the Reebok Answer V is making its return to retailers in the OG "White/Power Red" colorway from 2001. A white leather upper is accented by pearlized red detailing on the lacing shroud, heel strap, and I3 logo on each lateral side panel. Finishing touches include Allen Iverson's signature on each heel, a branded insole, and a DMX-cushioned midsole.
Air Jordan IV 'Cool Grey'

What You Need to Know: The highly-anticipated return of the "Cool Grey" Air Jordan IV is finally taking place this Thursday. First released in 2004, the pair is considered one of the more popular non-OG colorways of MJ's fourth signature model. It sports a grey nubuck upper, black detailing, and a metallic silver Jumpman on the heel tab. A white midsole and subtle yellow hits on the tongue, Air bubble, and outsole complete the tonal design.
Undercover x Nike Daybreak

What You Need to Know: Three more colorways of Undercover's Nike Daybreak are releasing later this week. Each features a nylon upper, suede overlays, a speckled midsole emblazoned with Undercover branding, and the collaboration's signature speckled TPU counter extending off of the heel. "Bright Citron," "Obsidian," and "University Red" colorways will all be up for grabs.

Nike Air Zoom Freak 1 'Coming to America'
Price: $120
When: Friday, Aug. 2 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Giannis Antetokunmpo's signature line drops off its first official collaboration this weekend. This colorway of the Nike Air Zoom Freak 1 is inspired by the cult classic 1988 comedy, Coming to America. The entire upper is covered in leopard print inspired by the shawl worn by Eddie Murphy's character Prince Akeem. A backwards metallic gold Swoosh on each midsole, translucent outsole with gold speckling, and "Coming to America" stitched on each tongue are also used to represent the Greek Freak's favorite film. Special details on the official collab include unique packaging filled with pink flower petals reminiscent of the ones thrown at the feet of King Jaffe in the film, and a card depicting Antetokounmpo in the prince of Zamunda's signature attire.
Rhude x Puma Collection

What You Need to Know: As the brand's stock continues its rapid ascent, Rhuigi Villaseñor's Rhude is dropping its second collaboration with Puma this Saturday. The gender neutral capsule will feature various pieces of apparel alongside four footwear options from across the German sportswear brand's extensive archive: the Palace Guard, Basket '68, Cell Alien, and a modified take on the Halfway with mocassin-inspired detailing. Common details across the set of designs include co-branded tongues and insoles, as well as pre-yellowed midsoles to provide a vintage appearance.
