This weekend's sneaker releases include a brand new take on a classic Air Jordan, new colorways from Nike's basketball, running, and lifestyle divisions, multiple collabs from Adidas, a new Holiday release from Jordan Brand, Ronnie Fieg's latest footwear, and even a brand new Yeezy.
Releases kick off Wednesday with the debut of the Air Jordan IX NRG Boot in the classic "Olive" colorway, as well as a clean, all-black pair with a gum bottom. This new model adds winter-ready features like metal eyelets, a waterproof upper, and a more rugged traction pattern.
Thursday, Nike drops off two new Nike basketball models from LeBron James' and Kevin Durant's signature lines, an "Olive" color scheme on the Flyknit Trainer, black and white pairs of the new Vapormax Laceless, and a European-exclusive pair of Air Force 1s for Cristiano Ronaldo. Friday's sole release is the first half of a two pair collaboration between Adidas and Sneakersnstuff on the retro Stockholm silhouette complete with Gore-Tex uppers.
The rest of this weekend's drops will take place this Saturday. Ronnie Fieg is dropping his latest trio of Asics Gel-Lyte IIIs in collaboration with luxury outerwear brand Moncler, European retailer size? is exclusively releasing two new colorways of the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon, and the second Air Jordan XI colorway of Holiday 2017 is dropping to commemorate MJ's 1996 NBA title with the Chicago Bulls.
Adidas closes out the week with three big releases of its own. The latest Consortium Exchange collab between Atlanta's A Ma Maniére and Taipei's Invincible is arriving at both shops, Daniel Arsham is releasing a Boost-equipped version of the classic New York runner, and the latest "Grey" iteration of Kanye West's retro-inspired Powerphase model is also hitting select retailers worldwide.

Air Jordan IX NRG Boot

What You Need to Know: Jordan Brand is introducing a new winterized Air Jordan with a popular retro colorway. The Air Jordan IX NRG Boot takes the already bulky model, and makes it winter-ready. Utilizing the popular "Olive" color scheme, this stylish yet functional boot adds features to the Air Jordan IX silhouette like a water resistant coating on the upper, gusseted tongue to keep out water, metal eyelets, and an all-terrain outsole. An all-black version with a gum bottom will be dropping alongside this pair as well.

Nike Air Force 1 'CR7'

What You Need to Know: Similar to the special Nike Air Max 97 that released earlier this year, this special pair honoring Cristiano Ronaldo uses gold patchwork detailing inspired by Ronaldo's childhood. Unlike the Air Max 97, this pair opts for a classic white-on-white upper with golden hits on the Swoosh, heel, and tongue. A gold embroidery of his signature can be seen on the inner lining, and a "CR7" logo on the left heel act as finishing touches to this limited pair celebrating the worldwide soccer star.
Nike Air Vapormax Laceless

What You Need to Know: Nike's newest version of the VaporMax strips away the laces to create a slip-on model of the innovative runner. This new laceless styling is being debuted in black and white colorways. For anyone who missed out on the highly limited Comme Des Garçons collaboration earlier this year, these pairs are a worthy consolation, and largely resemble the high fashion collab minus the CDG branding.

Nike KD X 'Multicolor'

What You Need to Know: The latest colorway of Kevin Durant's tenth signature features a multicolored Flyknit upper, grey suede paneling, grey accents, and a white midsole and outsole.
Nike LeBron 15 'New Heights'

What You Need to Know: After being pushed back one week from its originally scheduled release date, the first Cleveland Cavaliers-inspired colorway of the LeBron James' 15th signature sneaker is hitting retailers. This pair sports a burgundy and blue Battleknit upper, navy blue midsole, burgundy Air bubble, and tan leather accents on the tongue and heel pull tabs.
Nike Flyknit Trainer 'Olive'

What You Need to Know: Nike continues to introduce new colorways of this popular Flyknit model. This time around, the Flyknit Trainer sports a black and olive colorway across the upper, and its usual white midsole. Although most of the Trainer's releases have sat on shelves this year, this is still a solid option worthy of the fall/winter rotation.
Sneakersnstuff x Adidas Stockholm GTX 'Blue Night'

What You Need to Know: The first colorway out of two from Sneakersnstuff's pack of Gore-Tex Adidas release this weekend. This particular pair of the Adidas Stockholm sports a waterproof, blue nubuck upper, tan leather Three Stripes and heel tab, gold "Stockholm" branding, and a gum outsole. It is a perfect casual option for combating any light rain or snow this winter.
Kith x Moncler x Asics Gel-Lyte III Pack

What You Need to Know: As a part of his collaboration with luxury outerwear brand Moncler, Ronnie Fieg has decided to take it back to his roots. Kith has collaborated on one of Fieg's signature canvases, the Asics Gel-Lyte III, to create three pairs with the help of Moncler and Asics. All of the pairs are constructed of a perforated pig skin suede, and are lined with white sherpa fleece to guarantee warmth in the cold weather. Red, white, and blue pairs will be up for grabs that all feature special co-branding, red,white,and blue pull tabs on the heel, translucent outsoles, multiple lace options, and special packaging as well.

What You Need to Know: European retailer size? will be dropping two exclusive colorways of the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon. The brown and olive green options feature suede and mesh uppers, metallic silver Swooshes, and reflective accents. A notable difference on these pairs is that the usual reflective piping on the upper has been replaced with a grey fleece.

Air Jordan XI 'Win Like '96'

What You Need to Know: This all-red colorway of the classic Air Jordan XI acts as the model's second release of the Holiday 2017 season. Similar to its predecessor, the Air Jordan XI "Win Like '82," that celebrated MJ's NCAA Championship, this Bulls-inspired color scheme is a tribute to to his 1996 NBA Championship with the Chicago Bulls.
A Ma Maniére x Invincible x Adidas Consortium Exchange

What You Need to Know: The latest installment of the Adidas Consortium Exchange brings together Atlanta's A Ma Maniére and Taipei's Invincible. Inspired by a shared love of interior design, these shops have created a white Adidas Ultra Boost and black Adidas NMD with cashmere Primeknit uppers. As is constant on all Consortium Exchange pairs, the logos of both shops are displayed on leather tongue tabs.
Daniel Arsham x Adidas Originals New York 'Present'

What You Need to Know: The second collaboration in a set of three between artist Daniel Arsham and Adidas reinterprets the brand's retro New York runner for the present day. This updated version is done in a monochromatic grey color scheme. Neoprene takes care of the majority of the upper, and nubuck panels wrap the heel and toe. The final touch is the replacement of the New York's traditional Dellinger Web midsole with a grey Boost unit for some added comfort. To accompany the release, Adidas has also put out the second part of the short film Hourglass that explores the creative process behind Arsham's latest collab.
Adidas Yeezy Powerphase 'Grey'

What You Need to Know: Arguably the most wearable model from Kanye West's line of Adidas footwear, the Yeezy Powerphase is finally returning in its second colorway. This time, the retro-inspired silhouette replaces the egg shell leather upper and midsole from the first pair with an all-over grey treatment. Small detailing includes green and red Adidas branding, and "Calabasas" written in gold on the side panel.
