Pharrell and Adidas have created a substantial collection of gear inspired by the Hindu festival of Holi. Last weekend, the "Blank Canvas" pack hit stores and there is also still a colorful trio of the popular NMD HU model scheduled to drop in mid-March. In between those two releases is a series of colorful sneakers and apparel centered around the Tennis HU and Stan Smith.
This "Holi" collection features red, yellow, green, and blue pairs of both the Tennis HU and Stan Smith silhouettes. The uppers are colored with a dye treatment to symbolize the powder used during celebrations of the festival. T-shirts and track jackets with the same dye treatment will accompany each pair as a part of Adidas' Adicolor program. The unique coloring process guarantees no two pieces are alike.
Look for the Pharrell x Adidas "Holi" collection to release for the whole family next month. A launch exclusive to retailers in India will occur on March 2, while the more widespread global drop will take place at adidas.com and other select retailers on March 16. Prices will range from $25-$110.
