Berlin's Solebox has seen a resurgence over the past year or so, largely thanks to remodeling its retail operation with a robot and grade-A collaborations with Diadora and adidas. The latest project from the German crew comes in the form of a two-part collection with Puma on the XS-850, titled the "Adventurer Pack," and it's including an unusual partner and inspiration: Jelly Belly.
Some time ago, Solebox teased that it would release these sneakers, and the inspiration was drawn from co-founder Hikmet Sugoer's addiction. Turns out it's nothing dark or scary, but it's actually jelly beans. The shop has now announced a release — which is June 26 in-store at 10 a.m. CET, with an online release following at 1 p.m. — and also something even more exciting: The packaging for this collab comes in huge Jelly Belly bags. There are also socks from Burlington to go along with the sneakers.
The retail price for each pair is 130 euros, roughly $148. Watch the video below to see the packaging along with more images.
