Having worked on the shoe for over 15 months, this Friday Ronnie Fieg will finally be liberating his much-anticipated collaboration with New Balance on the 1600.
The "Daytona" was inspired by Fieg's childhood trips to Daytona Beach, as the kicks of course showcase a tropical vibe. Per usual with Fieg's joint efforts, premium materials are a must, as the designer/shop owner has this time chosen to go with three micro-perforated leathers. Creamy Tan hues have been utilized on much of the sneaker, while darker Navy shading then covers the toe box area. Pink N branding pops nicely on the side, coinciding with the tongue lining. Providing premium cushioning underneath, an ABZORB-cushioned midsole comforts with each stride, as the kicks then come equipped with three sets of laces. Each pair of sneaks will also note accompanying Stance x Kith socks to match.
The Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 1600 "Daytona" will be arriving at Kith shops on Black Friday at 6 AM EST, with an online release then taking place that same day at 11 AM. Retail is $175.
