Complex Co-Sign: The Top 10 Sneakers On The Web, September 18 - 24
The Internet is a big place, and there is a lot of crap that hits the hype and sneaker sites each week. To help wade through the B.S., we edit the sneaker flow into the top 10 sneakers of the week each Friday afternoon. Hit the jump for the top 10 kicks for the week of September 18-24, including the Nike Sportswear Climbers Pack, the Size? X New Balance
Vashtie Kola x Air Jordan 2 "Lavender"
Vashtie Kola has her hand in practically every element of downtown culture, but this week she went one step further by lending her eye to the Air Jordan II. Potpourri sweet collabo, catch 'em early October.
LIVESTRONG x Nike Air Max 2010
Sure you could run the NYC marathon and donate the proceeds to a good cause, but you could also run a pair of Livestrong 2010s and do as much good while stunting at the mall.
Nike Lava Dunk
Nike refuses to stop with the Dunk silo. This fall the swoosh will take the sneaker to boot-status with a military-inspired material/color-up series.
Nike Sportswear Climbers Pack
ACG inspiration, 3M reflective accents, LunarLon soles, Flywire overlays, etcetera, etcetera. Sheesh, now not only do you have to pick a point to grapple when climbing but we've also got to make an equally tough decision in the store before climbing. Guess you could always get all three.
Diet Butcher Slim Skin Destroyed Goat Leather Sneaker
Goat leather. Damn. These are dope. If you need them now/can afford Japanese shipping hit Glaice.
Size? x New Balance 577 "The Estates Pack"
Never been to Europe? That's okay. Thanks to Size? and New Balance you can walk around like a London bloke in these 577s, which take inspiration from English heritage. Just don't tell your boss that it's time for your daily teabag. October 2.
Nike SB Zoom Eric Koston One
It's been a long time coming, and we finally got a look at the Eric Koston signature sneaker. Blue suede shoes? You know Elvis would be pleased. They're pretty tech too: the sneaker has a cushioned LunarLon heel cup for extra protection from heel bruise.
Nike SB Dunk Mid "RealTree"
The Brian Anderson SB Highs were probably the best camo/sneaker combo to ever hit the streets, but we're not up for paying $200 at Flight Club for them. This camo makeup of the SB Dunk Mid (with no strap!) is a close second.
[Nice Kicks]
Nice Kicks x Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III
Matt Halfhill is a king amongst bloggers. He knows how to design a sneaker. Cool gray hat tip to the homie over at Nice Kicks.
Nike ACG Lunar Macleay "China"
Red hot and pretty much an amalgamation of all the cool technology that Nike possesses, the all-new Nike ACG Lunar Macleay is dooope. The "Macleay" name pays homage to Macleay Park in Portland, Oregon. Look for a holiday release on this one.
