Gold Bond, baking soda, baby powders, and corn starch are all good for prepping dry feet before you slip into your shoes. Remember, clean and dry feet are the goal as one of the other can cause a smell.

Your shoes may be the culprit for repeat offenses, a combination of white vinegar and baking soda will get rid of any bacteria causing the foul oder. Another (more extreme method) involves hot water and a drop of bleach, but do this with caution as you could end up bleaching your shoes. Let air dry in partial or full sun.

No. 4 - Store Shoes with Care
Raiding your mom's cleaning closet is your best bet here. Misting shoes with a product like Febreeze or stuffing dryer sheets into the toes will provide a quick fix while being transported in your gym bag.

This may sound like a no-brainer, but putting some pumice on your feet won't hurt anyone. Start with a clean slate and properly scrub and dry feet before and after practice.
