Teaneck sneaker retailer Packer Shoes is once again tipping their collective cap to a legend. After dropping an extremely limited Dominique Wilkins inspired Reebok Pump 20 at an event last November, Packer is dropping a more widely available 'Nique tribute this month. This time, the silhouette of choice is the Pump Omni Zone, and this pair has been finished with an "away" theme as opposed to last year's "home pair.
The 'Nique detailing doesn't stop with the colorway. Wilkins' jersey number, 21, is stitched in gold on the forefoot of the shoe. The heel of each shoe features his nickname "Nique" stitched in yellow, replacing the Slam Dunk Title years seen on the heel of the previous pair. Sewn on the inner tongue labels is "Packer Shoes" and "Human Highlight Film." Special statistic and silhouette Wilkins insoles are included as well.
Available next Tuesday, December 14th, The "Nique" Pump Omni Zone will be available in a run of 441 pairs. They'll be sold exclusively at Packer Shoes in Teaneck, New Jersey and the Packer Shoes online store. A special t-shirt will be included with the pairs sold in stores.T
