LeBron James Debuts 'Purple Suede' Nike Air Zoom Generation

LeBron James showed up to Game 3 of the NBA Finals wearing the 'Purple Suede' Nike Air Zoom Generation, perhaps a throwback to his very first pro game in the NBA.

Ahead of tonight's pivotal Game 3 of the NBA Finals, LeBron James was spotted arriving at Quicken Loans Arena in a never-before-seen pair of Nike Air Zoom Generations.

The hard-to-miss pair of James' first signature model sports a purple suede upper, with what appears to be contrasting black accents. Perhaps the bold colorway is a salute to James' first ever pro game, when he showed the world he was ready for the big stage in Sacramento. The look could also serve as a nod to his youth hoops days with the Summit Lake Hornets. Or maybe it's just a statement-making colorway to help James get this 'fit off.

As of now, there's no release information for this colorway, but we'll update you if that changes.
